The Hacker's Choice, also known as THC, is a non-commercial group of international security researchers and hackers.

About

THC was founded in 1995 in Germany and has published over 70 software releases and technical papers covering a wide range of network and system security aspects.[1][2][3][4]

In 2011 the group released a tool (thc-ssl-dos) which exploited a SSL vulnerability.[5] The tool allows an attacker with a regular Internet connection to DoS a more powerful webserver.[6][7][7][8]
